Sina Caregiver SMS Terms & Conditions

Please read these SMS Terms & Conditions (the “SMS Terms”) carefully. By enrolling or otherwise agreeing to receive text messages from or on behalf of Sina Caregiver, or by otherwise providing your phone number to Sina Caregiver, you agree to these SMS Terms, as well as Sina Caregiver’s Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreements.

For purposes of these SMS Terms, “Sina Caregiver,” “the Company,” “we,” or “us” shall mean Sina Caregiver and any of its subsidiaries, divisions, or affiliates.

Please Note

These SMS Terms contain an arbitration clause with a class action waiver that affects your rights. The arbitration provision affects how disputes with Sina Caregiver are resolved. You agree to be bound by this arbitration provision.

 

Program: Sina Caregiver Text Messages and Notifications

Message frequency may vary depending on your service activity, appointments, and communication preferences. The number and size of text messages may vary per user.

Mobile User Opt-In

By opting into any Sina Caregiver text messaging program, you expressly consent to receive recurring text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, by or on behalf of Sina Caregiver, at the cell phone number you provide.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

 

Mobile User Opt-Out

To stop receiving text messages from Sina Caregiver, reply “STOP” to the number sending the message. After sending a STOP request, you may receive an additional message confirming that your request has been processed.

If you need assistance, reply “HELP” to the number sending the message.

 

Cost / Mobile User Fees

Sina Caregiver’s SMS program does not charge user fees to send or receive text messages. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

 

Mobile User Privacy

We will not share or use your mobile number for any purpose other than to communicate with you regarding our services.

We reserve the right to disclose information as necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or governmental requests, avoid liability, or protect our rights and property.

 

Eligibility

By opting into Sina Caregiver’s text messaging program, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and the authorized user of the mobile number provided.

 

Mandatory Dispute Resolution

You agree that any disputes, claims, or controversies between you and Sina Caregiver shall be resolved through binding arbitration, in accordance with the rules of the selected arbitration organization.

You also waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

 

Changes to the SMS Terms

These SMS Terms may be updated by Sina Caregiver at any time without prior notice. By continuing to participate in the SMS program, you agree to any updates or modifications.
